I have completed my 4th year (of 5) of Humanistic Psychotherapy training at The Metanoia Institute and have now reached the requirements needed to practice privately. My training has covered three different Humanistic therapy modalities; Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and Person-Centred, which I have integrated into my own personal style of practicing. I have been seeing clients for psychotherapy sessions in a variety of settings since 2021 and as a member of UKCP I adhere to their code of ethics and I attend regular clinical supervision.
